PJA advising on Cycling and Walking

PJA is delighted to be involved in three pieces of policy set to transform walking and transport policy across the country.

We have been appointed as co-author of the best practice process for authorities implementing a Local Cycling, Walking and Infrastructure Plan – which set out an area's improvements in walking and cycling networks.

We are also assisting London boroughs with local research as part of the TfL Strategic Cycling Analysis, which sets out a new cycling network that would cater for the top 20% of cyclable trips across London, in a bid to reduce car-borne trips by 20%.

Also in the capital, we have conducted research highlighting the delays cycles are causing in bus lanes, and the need for separate cycle lanes.
